When you first sign up for an account, you will be asked about your marketing preferences. If you already have an account and opted out back now want to receive these, all you need to do is log into your account and click on the "Marketing Preferences" tab, and turn them on

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we're unable to amend any of the items. If your orders have been dispatched, please see our returns section below. If you have made a mistake with the delivery address and our team will endeavor to see what can be done. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we can try and request a stop and return with the Carrier, but this is not guaranteed.

We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. We pride ourselves on packing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible, and as such, there is a very limited time after you have placed an order that we may be able to cancel this for you. If you would like to cancel, please contact us by clicking on "Send us a message". If we're unable to cancel your order, you can return your haul once it has been delivered.
